Ms. Loughmilller and members of the Service Club recently decorated Lutheran High's Christmas tree as part of the New Orleans City Park's "Christmas in the Oaks." The ornaments were hand created and decorated by all of the students at Lutheran High. As a bonus, our decorators even made the news on WVUE, Fox-8! #festivegryphons #inthenews Many thanks to the ARMY National Guard for sending a representative to chat with our students about college and career plans during lunch recently. We were blessed with another stellar performance of our LHS choir in Chapel recently! Many thanks to Choir director Mr. Adrian Scriber, our choir members, and to Ms. Mitzi Loughmilller for her message about entering into the Season of Advent. If you look closely, you can see a sneak peak of our choir being recorded for our new school video. We appreciate all of our students who participated in our video shoot! Stay tuned for more information! We had an exciting Monday on campus recently as some movie magic temporarily transformed Lutheran High to Coventry High School for a new Disney production! Many thanks to our own Mr. Brackvitch for being on hand to receive the film crew and taking the photos of the movie shoot. |
