Students and faculty enjoyed marking their passports as they "traveled" around the world for International Day! On Saturday, March 4th, sixteen District qualifying Gryphons, accompanied by Ms. Loughmiller and Mrs. Lagarde, rose early to travel to Baton Rouge and compete at the State Literary Rally held at Louisiana State University. More than 4000 District qualifying students from over 350 schools across Louisiana competed in the State Rally at LSU. Way to represent LHS, Gryphons! On Tuesday, February 14th, we recognized our senior boys' basketball players and their parents during halftime. We appreciate our Gryphon families' support of their sons and our team over the years. Many thanks to Coach Scriber for his guidance and efforts in helping our players persevere to a successful return to a full schedule and district play in spite of the many challenges presented by the COVID pandemic and Hurricane Ida. Congratulations Gryphons! |
