American History Students visit the WWII Museum

On Friday, May 6th, students in American History class accompanied by Mrs. Lagarde and Mr. Brackvitch toured the World War II Museum, viewed the interactive movie, "Beyond All Boundaries", visited the lobby of the Higgins Hotel, and enjoyed lunch at Magazine Pizza. Students were also privileged to meet a member of the WWII Orphans Network who shared his personal story of how he lost his dad during the war. He reminded our students that "freedom is not free".
