On Thursday, March 31st, the Lutheran High School Chapter of the National Honor Society held the Spring Induction Ceremony. Advisor Mrs. Lagarde, existing members Elvin Hill and Jakhai Pugh, faculty Ms. Loughmilller and Mrs. Hernandez, together shared with the inductees the meaning of scholarship, leadership, character, and service - the pillars of National Honor Society membership. To be considered for membership, students must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA, must be a junior or senior in good standing, must be nominated by the advisor and selection committee, and must complete an application. Congratulations to LHS students Shahed Ottallah and Mason Mowers - newest members of this prestigious organization! Family and Honor Society members enjoyed a small reception after the ceremony. Congratulations, Gryphons! Comments are closed.
